Dave Carney Receives Recognition from Governor Hogan
Tuesday | Dec 13, 2016

Congrats to The Wine Bin’s own Dave Carney! On November 28th, Dave received a special recognition from Governor Larry Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot for his contributions to Ellicott City!

The Certificate of Recognition read:

In recognition of your kindhearted gesture to provide temporary space in The Wine Bin to fellow Main Street business, Sweet Cascades Chocolatier, which was displaced by the July 30, 2016 flood. With my deepest appreciation for your commitment to bring normalcy back to Ellicott City through the summer movie series and the weekly farmers’ market, as well as your generosity in donating a portion of sales to area charities, best wishes for continued growth, success and prosperity.

Next time you are in The Wine Bin be sure to congratulate Dave! We’re proud of all of his efforts!
