The palate shows the ultimate duality of good Bordeaux, with elegance, brightness, and balance emerging out of clear and present power in the form of tannin and texture, all leaving you utterly satisfied. It’s a classic for a reason.
Centoze Nero d’Avola - $18
Dry Red Nero d’Avola Grape from Southern Sicily. This wine gives you all the Mediterranean flavors and flair in a tight clean little package. Marasca cherry, berry blossom, fresh resinous herbs, and a wisp of smoky black tea perfume a medium bright body with a finishing earthy tannic grip to remind you what grape it is. All come together to transport you to feeling warm soft Sicilian air and laughing drunkenly with friends.
Pago del Vicario 6 Meses Red - $15
Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from La Mancha, Spain. The bellwether definition of blend, every grape brings a special thing to the table. Blueberry, blackberry, and black cherry notes play nice with violet, leather, and a tasteful kiss of oak. Tannins and structure are prominent at first, bringing cracked pepper and more fruit along with it, only to even and soften out in the finish to be perfectly mellow.
Burgozone Cote du Danube Pinot Noir - $16
100% Pinot Noir from Danube Plain, Bulgaria. Another delicious example of an underrated dynamite producer from the Eastern Bloc! A delightful bouquet of raspberry and black cherry pop with earthy leather. The palate is softer than a kitten’s whisper with vanilla cherry cola and fresh tobacco leaf flavors. Bulgaria is slowly becoming one of our favorite places!
Septima Malbec - $16
100% Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina. Crushed raspberries and underripe blackberry flavors come at you in gentle waves, with dried oregano and sun-kissed earth following closely behind. The charm of this wine is when it hits your lips; silky tannins and a gliding acidity that lifts and pops on the tongue. This is a cheerful crowd-pleaser many will be happy you opened.
Dominio de Punctum Brut Nature - $18
Biodynamic, Champagne Method, NO SUGAR Sparkling Macabeo and Verdejo from Castilla, Spain. Brilliant ripe apple, minerality, & blossoming pear tree florals set the stage for an elegant and subtle palate not bogged down by sweetness but taken into the stratosphere with carbonation and acidity. Mimosas, pairing with hors d’oeuvres, or celebrating under the stars. We don’t care how you drink it; you’re going to enjoy it.

Biagio Toscana Rosso - $15
Sangiovese-Cabernet Sauvignon Blend from Tuscany, Italy. Wide spectrum of delicious red to black fruit? Check. Perfectly dry and earthy without being overbearing with the tannin? Definitely. The beauty of this wine, however, is the oak. Notes of baking spice, sandalwood, and a touch of cocoa nibs provide the signature for well-integrated oak that has deepened and mellowed this Tuscan beauty which will be welcome at any savory table.
Generacion 76’ Tempranillo - $24
100% Tempranillo from Aragon, Spain. Rich, and satisfying, the thickness of the fruit and the influence of oak both stand strong and tall in this red. A thick coat of black fruit and plum plays perfectly with tobacco, vanilla, and tanned leather. The notes combine harmoniously with bold but supple tannins and an opulent luxurious texture. Seriously delicious for the serious drinker.
Villamagna Montepulciano - $27
Bold Montepulciano from Central Italy. This is no pizza wine, friends. This bruiser will bash your idea of this grape into a different light. Blackberry bramble, cigar, licorice, and mesquite tobacco flavors are fleshed out by full fruit flavors on the palate, with rich brooding texture, and massive chewy tannin. A bottle to take deadly seriously.
Averaen Pinot Noir - $32
Pinot from Willamette Valley, Oregon. Black raspberries and smoky blackberries tumble out of the glass with dried herbs and a vein of orange zest running through the entire profile. Cherry and allspice washes over the tongue with tart acidity, matched by heighted power and tannic structure on the palate. This Pinot seems specially designed to warm you up in cold Winter months.
Tenuta Giustini Negroamaro - $21
100% Negroamaro Grape from Puglia, Southern Italy. A full-bodied fruity red with serious Italian flare, strawberry and spiced plum flavors are complemented by flavorful streaks of fresh honey and cocoa nibs. Every blissful sip is bursting with thick fruit and big sweet supple tannins and a crackle of clove spice in its lifting acidity. Endless fun and fulfillment!
Porto D’Armas Dao Red - $15
Touriga Nacional, Jaen, and Alfrocheiro Grapes from Doa, Portugal. Wines like this make it clear that Dao and indeed Portuguese Red deserves a seat at the grownup table. Substantial depth and complexity are brought by ripe fruit wrapped around a dry core of textured stony minerality, full youthful tannins, and weighty richness, with streaks of toasted cumin spice and smoke.
Santa’s Little Helper Red Blend - $16
Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Merlot from California. A cherished Wine Bin tradition, this year’s expression from Santa’s Wine Company is showing a lush kaleidoscope of red, blue, and black fruit, balanced out by fresh tobacco and a touch of green vegetal flavor. The palate lands directly in the middle of the red blend spectrum; not too light, not too fruity, not too tannic or bitter; primed to buy for/give to anyone!
Puianello Amabile Lambrusco - $15
Sweet Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, Central Italy. Red and blueberry fruit flavors from start to finish are given complexity with savory herbaceous notes, all rushing through a glass with sweetness, lightness, vibrancy, and impeccable balance. This bottle would absolutely dominate a charcuterie board, but it’s a delightful drink no matter what you do with it!
Les Fumees Blanches Cotes de Gascogne Sauvignon Blanc -$29
100% Sauv Blanc from Cotes du Gascogne, Southwest France. Artfully complex and alchemistic, this is an expression of SB that deserves its own iconic status. Orange zest, soft pink grapefruit, ripe papaya, pineapple, white roses and fresh picked chervil all erupt from the glass at once, with a velvety smooth palate and elegant tasteful acidity. Carney Approved!
Gaupasa Skin Contact - $18
Skin Contact (Orange) Made from Garnacha Blanca from Navarra, Spain. It’s high time skin contact wine made its way to the forefront, and this is a fabulous place to start. Approachable and endlessly pleasant, notes of apricot, baked apple, warm citrus and almond nuttiness create a wide spectrum of flavors. The first sip is a delightful mind game, with tart acidity, textured structure, and the slightest punch of bitter tannin all happening at once.
Il Bajio Sparkling Brut - $21
Dry Sparkling Macabeo, Ugni Blanc, and Xarel-lo from Queretaro, Southern Mexico. A dry, fresh, and super-unique take on ‘Cava’ style Champagne Method sparkling, full ripe apple, pears, and jasmine flavors erupt from the glass. On the palate, a full mouthfeel is completely lifted with bright high acidity and spritely persistent bubbles. Sometimes, the coolest wines have origins you never would have thought of!
Tommaso Gambino Valdobbiadene Prosecco - $19
This Higher-Tier Dry Prosecco from Veneto, Northern Italy showcases subtlety, nuance, and ecstatic sense of place. Soft Meyer lemon, sweet cream, green apple, and cool river stone minerality accompany a soft palate of dry refreshment and super-fine persistent bubbles that soften it up further.
Born Rose - $16
Dry 100% Garnacha Rose from Barcelona, Spain. Lemon peel and tropical melon play nice with fresh basil and saline minerality. Fresh and vibrant acidity on the palate livens up a very mellow and drinkable mouthfeel. If you would like to be transported back to a warmer sunnier season, this scrummy crowd-pleaser will provide safe passage.
Domaine de Nizas Rose - $21
Rose of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre from Languedoc, Southern France. Agentle flow of juicy white peach, mandarin orange, and rose petal aromas will make you want to just dive into the glass head-first. Full strawberry and raspberry flavors plump the palate that is completely dry with brilliantly lit acidity. If you remember when you fell in love with Rose, this wine will bring you back to that time.
