Jadix Cabernet Sauvignon - $16 *Nick's November Picks

From Corbieres, Southwest France. This Cab is the best of both worlds. Blackberry and ripe red raspberry flavors build the foundation for rhubarb and anisette notes, all nicely scented by a touch of smokey cedar. The palate is crazy approachable with a burst of fruit and lifting acidity to soften up supple persistent tannins. No doubt drinking it by itself is a pleasant experience, but is also a deliciously formidable weapon against any savory herbaceous dish.

San Marzano Edda Bianco - $21 *Nick's November Picks

Chardonnay, Fiano, and Malvasia White Blend from Puglia, Italy. This elegant wine exudes white peach, apricot, and tropical melon notes, playing off river stone minerality and the most tastefully placed signature of vanilla nuttiness. The palate shows the duality of lushness and liveliness that all feels like it was meant to be there. Gorgeous white.

Nomade Pinot Noir - $18 *Nick's November Picks

100% Pinot from Patagonia, Southern Argentina. A wide variety of lively cherry, hibiscus, cocoa nibs, and the slightest hint of earthy coffee are brought to a silky palate of bright but weightless acidity and ethereal light tannin. If you planned on sticking a big-ass bird in an oven any time soon, I would definitely bring this one on the day.

Pago del Vicario Petit Verdot - $16 *Nick's November Picks

100% Carbonic Petit Verdot from Pago, Spain. Juicy raspberry, tart strawberry and cherry candy is packed into this light as a feather red you can drink by the gallon, with no discernable tannin, crispy juiciness & mineral/rosy floral notes on the palate.  Don’t be fooled by the label. This dry, refreshing & endlessly fun ‘chillable red’ is no Franzia.

Arrels Mas Janeil Red - $32 *Nick's November Picks

60% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 10% Syrah, and 10% Mourvedre from Roussillon, France. You want a chilly day red for grownups? Time to tuck in. Black olive and licorice wisps through a thick blanket of black cassis, dried cranberry, dried Provencal herbs and sunbaked earth. Black fruit and underbrush on the palate is heightened by a chewy tannic structure and smoothly plump mouthfeel putting it in perfect drinkable balance.

Chispas Blanco - $14 *Nick's November Picks

Macabeo-Based White Blend from Campo de Borja, Spain. Dry, bright, and fruity, vibrant aromatics of ripe green apple, white peach, and zesty fresh citrus carry into a

light and round mouthfeel lifted up by well-integrated acidity. This is the apricity-inducing refreshing cool weather white bound to please many at any table. Namely, yours.

Avinyó Petillant Blanc - $20

Macabeo-Based Semi-Sparkling Cava from Penedes, Spain. Tart green apple, honeysuckle, and a plethora of citrus dances playfully in the glass, with sky-high mouthwatering acidity, super-light body, and slight effervescence that pops the entire profile and keeps you wanting more. This is the pre-dinner drink everyone will find themselves coming back to!

Mordoree Cotes du Rhone Rouge - $20

40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 10% Carignan, and 5% Mourvedre from Rhone, France. Refinement, complexity, versatility, and full flavors come in a gorgeous little package. Plum, pomegranate, and a little brambly blackberry make perfect harmony with savory resinous herbs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The palate is alive and fresh with a medium body and a long satisfying finish. A skillfully crafted Rhone is always welcome.

Tinazzi Garda Bianco - $16

Garganega and Trebbiano Grapes from Lake Garda, Northern Italy. This drinkable everyone pleaser is just as pretty as the label. Gracefully light and subtle, look for faint honey florals perfuming ripe lemon and a perky pop of pineapple. A refreshing and easy palate with impeccable balance gives this wine a free pass to all the hottest parties, hopefully with hors d’oeuvres and seafood!

Les Gravieres de Marsac Margaux - $33

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from Left Bank Bordeaux, France. Black, blue, and purple fruits come tumbling out of the glass, with hints of violet, a touch of spice, and cigar box tilled soil earthiness we all deeply love from good Bordeaux. A silky approachable texture softens its muscular body, with lovely defined but refined tannins. Depth and power meet regal reservation in this special wine from a very special place.

Maurice Schoech Kaysersberg Sylvaner - $23

100% Dry Sylvaner from Alsace, France. Anyone who says light whites are only for the Summer or not drinking stuff like this. Small but mighty, this flavorful glass is bursting at the seams with sweet vegetables, stone fruit, orchard blossom, and a comical amount of fresh minerality. A powerful palate is lifted by a jetstream of zesty acidity. Just another French home run that will dominate your holiday table.

Montevento Montepulciano - $15

From Abruzzo, Central Italy. Wine like this is Swiss (or Italian) army knife for the dinner table. Delicious on its own with a lot of people with different taste, and is absolutely brilliant table wine with most savory foods, especially anything within sight of Italian. Blackcurrant and blueberries create a plush stage for pepper and hint of baking spice, with an easy pleasant palate that has removed all the bitterness from its tannin and acidity. You’ve been given an official license to mangia!

Maison Foucher-Lebrun Vouvray - $19

100% Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, France. A classic and positively scrummy expression of this style of off-dry Chenin, with colorful brush strokes of apricot, ripe pear, apricot, and yellow apple, balanced out on the palate with orange zest and salty mineral notes in the form of striking acidity bringing the entire glass into focus. Poultry and pork, a savory apple dish, or a combination of the two with wine should lowkey be illegal how good it is.

Mommessin Terres De Gamay - $17

100% Gamay Noir from Southern Burgundy, France. We at The Bin have a love-love relationship with Gamay. This one is no different. Spiced cranberry sauce, Morello cherry, and pink rose petal aromas invite you flirtatiously into a palate vibrant red fruit with a faint finish of wood spice and earthiness in the form of a little structure and power, bringing a bit more seriousness to the profile than one might expect from your garden-variety Beaujolais-Villages. This is a companion you can bring to your Thanksgiving dinner, only no one is going to argue with this one.
