The Aubergine Wine Club

Want to be that smart and savvy wine drinker that has enjoyed a wide variety of interesting wines?

Want to have a wine expert hand pick 2 or 3 new wines for you each month?
Your dream has come true!

In February 2024 the Bin launched The Aubergine Club!  It’s a wine club in Bin style, inspired by wine buyer, Nick Bartman’s constant quest to discover wines you will love.  This is your chance to be a special beneficiary of his countless hours of research and tasting.

Aubergine Club wines will feature offerings from small production wineries, and lesser known wine regions and varietals from all over the world.  Club wines will not be from the existing Bin collection and will not be offered to the general public.

Each month club members’ bottle set will be ready for pick up starting the first Saturday of the month.  Your Aubergine package will include tasting notes as well as information about the region, winery and varietal.  Any uncommitted bottles will be available to club members only.

Throughout the year, we’ll also offer suggested food pairings and recipes.  Special member-only events around town will be part of the fun too.

Cost $65/person/month (gets you 2 or 3 bottles of wine valued at $65 - 75+)

Join in-store or online and your credit card will be charged for the first month. The following month you'll get a phone call from the Bin to collect your credit card info for the second and all future months. You may opt out of the club at anytime by notifying us in writing at [email protected]. Written cancellation must be received by the 15th of any month in order to be excluded from the following month’s club offering and charges.

The Aubergine Club is your ticket to discover your new favorite pours!  Sign up today and be a member of the new coolest club in town.

P.S. Why Aubergine?  Because of our awesome eggplant sculpture we are so pleased to now host.  The infamous eggplant has made it’s way around town for many years and has finally found it’s permanent home with us and we couldn’t be happier.
